House Bella Vista is located in a peaceful unspoiled mediterranean nature embedded by little bays with clean water and without any city sounds. If you are looking for a romantic hideaway or family with children you have found the perfect spot. If you enjoy discovering the nature walking or cycling you can enjoy mild winters where it does not get cooler than 10 degrees C.
The house is surrounded with a cultivated mediterranean garden of 2500m2 with olive trees, figs, lemon, orange and mandarine trees as well as various palm trees and other plants like rosemary and lavender.
Villa Bella Vista is situated directly at the coast overlooking the bay. It has a private wooden dock shaded by an ancient pine tree with stairs leading into the water as well as a large tanning area.
The house has 300m2 on two floors. First floor: lobby, kitchen, dining room and living room. Kitchen, dining and living room are in one open space that opens onto the large marmor terrace with a wonderful view to the west. Here you can enjoy the sunset behind the island of Šolta. On the same floor there is also a big bedroom that opens onto the same large marmor terrace as living space does. The bedroom has a big private bathroom. On the first floor there is also an additional toilet.
Kitchen with dining
The ground floor: working room with two additional beds and 2nd bedroom with a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom opens with two doors directly into the garden shaded by campfer tree abd a date palm. The house is fully equipped for six people. On guest request we can also provide children’s bed.
Villa Bella Vista is in Tiha Mala holiday village which is located directly at the sea, surrounded by pinewood forests and olive groves. The 17 houses in this residential area are situated on a slope that encloses the bay.
The access road leading to Tiha Mala holiday village is a private entrance (in part with gravel surfacing). The house, which has its own parking space, holding two cars can be reached directly via this road.
Tiha Mala is located on the western coast of the island near the town of Sutivan and has its own bay leading directly to the sea. From Supetar, the main city on the island, Tiha Mala can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car. Supetar also serves as the island’s ferry harbour, with connections to and from Split roughly every half-hour (during the main season).
